Built an AI driven workflow to streamline backlog refinement preparation for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners. Designed the solution to check upcoming refinement meetings from Google Calendar, pull relevant user stories from Google Sheets, and evaluate them using OpenAI across Scrum, business, and technical perspectives. The workflow then compiled structured feedback into an HTML email through Gmail, making it easier to align stakeholders before the session. This project reflects my product approach to applying AI within team workflows to improve backlog quality, reduce manual effort, and drive more consistent execution readiness.
