Built and shaped a RAG powered course assistant focused on solving a clear user problem: students needed faster access to reliable course answers outside office hours. Framed the product around experience, efficiency, and scale by reducing repetitive faculty workload, improving response quality, and enabling broader rollout across McCombs. Led the effort from problem definition through solution design with an emphasis on usability, repeatability, and measurable impact. The project highlights how I approach AI product development through user insight, workflow improvement, and scalable implementation.
